YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

First impressions are important, and we love meeting and getting to know new patients! Before your first appointment, you can access new patient paperwork online or fill it out in our office. We like to review your dental and medical history as well as prepare for any questions you have about treatments and the health of your smile. Our office prides itself on providing exceptional patient care, and getting to know you through these forms helps us further tailor your time with us to your specific needs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We submit all dental insurance claims on your behalf! By submitting electronically, we are able to help you navigate your insurance coverage and make the process easy for you. Our central goal for your care is transparent, reliable and long lasting solutions.  You can count on transparency and an upfront understanding of costs for procedures and treatments but please give us a call if you have any questions!

FLEXIBLE FINANCING

CARECREDIT & PROCEED FINANCE

We work with CareCredit and Proceed Finance so you can access essential dental care without the burden of paying the entire portion at once. Both lending options provide you with the ability to pay for treatments over time with either low or no interest rates and flexible terms. Many plan options offer plans with no interest if the plan is paid in full by the end of the billing term! Our front desk team is happy to help you get started on the application and can walk you through the process.
